Camera or photo
Try Take or Choose Photos again. Allow the device or browser prompt if one appears, or choose an existing photo if camera capture does not work.
Analysis unavailable
Keep the photo and description in the repair record, check your connection, and try the analysis again later.
Saved repair missing
Open My Repairs and check the full list. Repairs are stored on that device and do not automatically move to another phone.
Do not wait for app support. Leave the area when appropriate and contact emergency services, your utility, landlord, or a qualified local professional.
Reporting a beta problem
If the person who invited you asks for feedback, include the phone model, what you tapped, what you expected, and the exact message shown. Never send passwords, payment details, invitation codes, or sensitive photos.
